Sally Curzon
I find aesthetic solace in exploring ideas, through making, of our deep relationships with and dependence on landscapes and each other. I hope to make these intangible and fragile traces slightly more apparent, using materials which are gentle on the planet. My works are often abstracted with hints towards ideas, using multi-media such as paper, ash, charcoal, watercolour, oil paint, rust, plants, found items, print-making, words, and photography.
