Working across mixed media, I employ materials such as hair and natural latex, whose elasticity, vulnerability, and gradual deterioration become metaphors for displacement, absence, and loss.
Through acts of stretching, layering, and transformation, these materials are pushed to their physical limits, revealing fragility not as a condition of weakness but as a rite of passage.
My work considers how personal and collective histories are carried within the body and material, preserving, reshaping, and reimagining legacies that continue to evolve across generations.
