Charlie Carter

Petersfield
I am a maker, project manager and lead artist with thirty years’ experience of leading creative projects in the public realm. I specialise in creating site-specific sculpture and applied art; I have made work for streets, roundabouts, schools, hospitals, libraries and churches and worked closely with commissioners in all of these places to make art that creates atmosphere and sense of place. A meaningful engagement with the locality and community forms an integral part of my research and design development process from which the physical results evolve as a logical outcome.
