Geraldine Hudson
My work manifests as performance, sculptural installation, moving image, sound pieces and participatory workshops. Allowing for my own female phenomenology to act as a trigpoint from which other ontologies are considered as a way to navigate ecological grief.
‘I enact small rites and land pilgrimages which then feed back into my exhibited practice, choosing to engage in an art making which is often cyclical, mystical and place specific, intending to inhabit a realm of ecological reconciliation, working with magick as a methodology of selfhood regarding the female body aligned with other cosmologies'.
