Kushag Patel

Colchester
I am a multidisciplinary visual artist. My practice spans video and moving image, collage, digital, and mixed media.

My work is an intuitive, free-associative expression shaped by social and political concerns, sensory overload, and spiralling thoughts.

I am largely self-taught, with a postgraduate diploma in Filmmaking, and have exhibited across art fairs, group shows and independent spaces, alongside running and contributing to numerous artist-led projects. I have recently co-conceived an anti-racism project, You Should Go Back, that held its first exhibition at the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum in November/December 2025.
