My process is fluid and intuitive, drawing on free-association methods to engage with political and social concerns through references of memory, nature and heritage. Much of my work responds to sensory overload, spiralling thoughts and mental health, turning that experience into a kind of visual nonsense poetry where meaning appears in fragments but ultimately remains unresolved.
I am largely self-taught, with a postgraduate diploma in Filmmaking, and have exhibited across art fairs, group shows and independent spaces, alongside running and contributing to artist-led projects, supporting artists’ welfare and community engagement. I also create socially engaged work and have recently co-conceived an anti-racism project, You Should Go Back, that held its first exhibition at the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum in November/December 2025.
