autre mers (other seas), solo exhibition at the Women's Library, London Metropolitan University (26 May-1 October 2011). The exhibition in the Library's Great Hall: 10m W x 13m 50 L. was a unique opportunity to bring together 16 artwork done between 2002-2011. 1)Venus, 2002–2011, children’s socks, thread and wadding. Installation in four glass cabinets around the Exhibition Hall. Each cabinet: 1mH x 2m W x 0m40 D. 2) Stripes, 2009–2011, woven straps from carrier bags and thread. Wall installation, 3m50 H X 0m60 W 3) Petits points, 2009–2011, woven and printed polythene from carrier bags, polythene tubes, thread and pins. Wall installation, 3mH x 3m50W x 0m30D. 4) autres mers (1) (other seas), 2004, woven and printed polythene from carrier bags, trimmings, Lycra tights, quilt pins, polyester balls, rice and wadding. Floor and corner installation. 3m H x 3m W x 3m D 5) Screens (flowers), 2011, woven and printed polythene from carrier bags, black spiral sleeve tape, thread, quilting pins, bamboo canes and white plastic coated galvanized wire. Wall hanging installation, 3mH x 4m50W x 0m20D. 6) Pods, 2009–2011, Lycra tights and fabric, lenses, netting, rice, Gaffa tape and socks. Floor installation, 0m30H x 4mW x 3mL. 7) fruits étrangers (strange fruits), 2009–2011, plastic bottle tops, recycled metal rings from lamp shades, curtain wire, hooks, waxed twine, white plastic coated galvanized wire, cable ties and clothes airers. Installation in Banner Case, 3mH x 5m W x 0m50 D. 11) Cocardes toutes couleurs (rosettes), 2010–2011, Lycra fabric, plastic rings, recycled metal rings from lamp shades and nails. Installation on two opposite walls, 2m H x 0m40 W x 0m30D. 12) éxotica (murs fleuris), 2007–2011 woven and printed polythene from carrier bags, PVC tablecloth pins, plastic bottle tops and mirror discs. Wall installation, 3mHx 6mW x 5cm D. 13) Fence, 2011, white plastic coated galvanized wire, Lycra tights and fabric, electric tape, Gaffa tape, bamboo canes, cup hooks and rubber tubing.
