Bathe in Ignorance

I had the wish to Bathe in my own Ignorance.

My solution was to direct the light from the sun onto myself to form words I am unfamiliar with.

I found unfamililar words by photocopying a few pages of the largest dictionary I could find in my local library and transfer the words I don’t know the meaning of into light by way of pinholes in a tepee structure made from wood and black plastic sheeting so that with the aid of strong sunlight the words are projected onto people and surfaces within it.

I did this in a tippee made out of thick black plastic on a sunny May day in 2015.

My fascination with language and text is ongoing, I made my initial interpretation of this phrase as literal as possible.
