The temporary installation was created at South Beach,Whitehaven in West Cumbria in February 2023.I created a sign entitled “Beach Find” which was intended to be an ironic statement as I attached it to an old piece of featureless driftwood.Luckily the driftwood had a protruding branch in which to attach the sign and I then found a plinth like boulder in which to install the artwork.The incoming tide provided spectacular photographic backdrops as the artwork succumbed to the Sea.
