This drawing was made as part of an animation process, as part of a film involving Earthly visions being superimposed onto landscapes resembling the lunar surface, originally influenced by a 16th century engraving of the moon made by Claude Mellan. The mule reappears in a subsequent film scene. The film is to be completed in autumn 2003.
