Part of a body of work exploring the concept of Boundaries, from physical boundaries dividing the landscape, to the invisible, socially constructed, boundaries determining the hierarchy between art and craft. The choice of materials, technique used, and the method of construction reflect the dualities of restriction / protection, and inclusion / exclusion which are observable in the role of a boundary.
