Wrapped was selected to be in the Fiber Art Now exhibition Fiber Reimagined and appeared in the Spring 2023 issue of Fiber Art Now magazine, USA. It is a small, wall hung, three-dimensional construction. The abstract form is constructed from cardboard and tin cans, materials used in the packaging of goods and generally being thought of as waste. A variety of processes reveal interesting surfaces qualities giving the piece a Wabi Sabi aesthetic. The textile technique of wrapping was informed by the packaging source of the materials.
