BODYWORK
Photography: Hannah Guy
BODYWORK consists of two kinetic sculptures made from metal panels at either side of the gallery - a white front left-side car panel and stripped and flattened washing machine casing. The white panel (pictured), lit from the back, has written notations from the scrapyard, identifying “scuffs” and “dents”. The grey door, is lit from above by a hanging ‘fishing light’. Both are lit by blue LEDs at 20 second intervals, in succession of the other.
