This piece represents the ancestral memories and wisdom that comes with old age. Research shows the natural memory decline with age but the crystalised inteligence increases with age. The tree bark from a birch tree is a symbol of my homeland, Ukraine, the grey hair -age. They wrtap around each other in comnforting embrace.
