A significant landmark of this area will be the art feature. The design indicates light emanating from the base of the reed like forms, each reed light being made of matt steel with bright reflective steel on the inner side. During daylight the design will be perceived as an elegant sculptural group but at night, with light shining on the inner reflective surface.
