DOOMCHARMS

Conjured from former rental mascot costumes, DOOMCHARMS delves into the rich history of lucky charms and mascots to create emblems for the collapse of capitalism. 

DOOMCHARMS I: PUFFBALL promotes slowness and a return to nature and was commissioned by Baltic Circle Festival Helsinki 2023 and presented as part of Rampa Associations: Precarious Perspectives. The mascot was accompanied by a video landscape and a sound work created in collaboration with Hang Linton. 

DOOMCHARMS II: MASKER invites inclusivity and accessibility in sports spaces and was commissioned by Babeworld and Leeds 2023.
