"Extractor Fan"

The artwork is a pencil and watercolour drawing of a discarded extractor fan salvaged from a disused hat factory in West Cumbria. I view drawing as an integral and vital component to my art practise.Sketching helps me to understand better the physical properties of the materials I use in the construction of my installations.
