If We Were Truly Visible

‘If We Were Truly Visible’ is a short film and soundscape I developed as part of my Image-Maker in Residence artist residency with the Sociological Review Foundation, Lancaster University. The film features my self-care scarves. Within this work the scarves act as wearable art forms that become symbols of social resistance, advocating for a society that actively supports the diverse needs of individuals with hidden disabilities.
