Layered History III

This image explores our layered history through a variety of images and continues creating work associated with growing up in the 1970s. During these times of austerity and with a society in-flux, finding its way out of the economic struggles during these times (alleviated in some part as a child with the arrival of Star Wars in 1977 and seeing the ripped and worn billboards opposite the cinema whilst queuing), these collages explore our interconnected world and a changing Britain, with all its layered histories from the last 200 years.
