Line Shadow Movement

This video shows a prototype of a virtual gallery experience where a visitor can curate their visual experience using both the space and the artwork to narrate the story. Digital sketches of Celtic Knot patterns on `stones’ are placed within a confined space. Motion is applied and shadows are projected from the 3D object into the environment. The visitor moves down a corridor and selects a room containing a rotating ’stone’. They ‘teleport’ into the gallery space and move to view the ‘stone’ as shadows pass across the space.
