From May to September 2003, the artist led a group of young people through a series of photography workshops at the Ockash Youth Club in Derbyshire. The theme of the project was Grow Up, and integrated mixed media images and photography and mixed media activities, which challenge ideals relating to Identity. The group was also given a sketch book each, to record and diarise everyday events in between workshop activities. Their work culminated in an exciting and thought-provoking exhibition, titled Me, Myself & Eye, which was on show at the Derby Industrial Museum from October 2003 - April 2004.
