'Magical' mechanical bird in a cage for Garsington Opera's production of Mozart's "The Philosopher's Stone". The beak and tail are operated by a motor.

Recycled sculpture. One of two large kinetic sculptures produced during 'Art of Waste', a Year of the Artist residency. A makeshift studio was set up in a shipping container at Freeman's Common Community Recycling Centre, and the sculptures were made from objects sourced from the household waste available at the site.
