Systems is a series of Intervention drawings, where are I have drawn, painted and collaged over engineering exam papers from the 1950s. They represent a change in our thinking about old structures and ways of doing things. How they are both valuable and historical, but also restrictive and bias. Challenging this empirical thinking that asks us to believe in systems that are over simplified, to consider an alternative potential with increased complexity and possibilities for difference and uncertainty.
