Medusa (Avedon)

A new series of photographic work building upon the ‘Torch of Freedom’ piece which marks the beginning of a body of work exploring notions of freedom, particularly in relation to women. Here we see us do a hair swoosh whilst holding the 'Tampax' between my teeth, the image is placed/held within the context of a polaroid print/frame, there's a wry homage to legendary photographer Richard Avedon (1923 - 2004).
