OMM

The OMM Project was supported by APT ( a place in time?) research project and involved responding to the brief One Metre Measured (OMM). The work was shown at the NN Gallery Project Space for discussion. Here the background research is shown culminating in my studio. Floor work shows tape unrolling like a tape measure, wheels, tyres, transport with a playful aspect. Wall work shows 1 metre lines creating rhythms, sound waves rising, like meditation chanting, referring to omm.
