2018
Pasiphaë Seven develops rectangular labyrinthine imagery from a Cretan coin and
alludes to Knossos and to Minoan artefacts in Heraklion Archaeological Museum.
Pasiphaë was the daughter of Helios, wife of Minos, mother of Ariadne and of the Minotaur. She was a practitioner of witchcraft.
Oil on deep canvas.
