Pebble Sketch

'Pebble Sketch' is a medium format photograph of an outdoors temporary drawing of a pebble on a boulder. I used charcoal and chalks to sketch out the pebble onto a seaside limestone boulder. I was interested in drawing out the pebble because I was fascinated with the surface patterns; the smooth background boulder acts as a canvas and focal point amidst the tideline.
