"Princess Ginger"

Sculpture commission for the 'Ginger for Life' garden project at the Queen Sirikit Botanical Garden, Chiang Mai, Thailand. "Princess Ginger", is a 3d glass mosaic and sustainable teak sculpture, inspired by the species Zingiber Sirindhorniae. Which is found growing naturally on limestone in Northern Thailand. The QSBG carry out scientific research into conservation and the properties of plants for medical research. The ginger garden is a collection of ginger plants native to Thailand and internationally.
