Red Tape ( outside#1)

Intervention with red tape in sunny seaside street. Addage to internal paint panel installation,,,the whole piece becomes both external as well as internal, marks on transparent materials against glass allow all viewers to see through the work into the urban environment. The red tape addition takes the whole piece to the outside, now includes reflections from outside in and from inside out.
