Sacred

'Sacred', a sculpture maquette for a larger sculptural idea. Created at the early start of the 2022-23 #Heliganoakproject. Which to date has seen the creation of a sketchbook of ideas that was used for my MA application and subsequently the creation of 'The Lightening Dancer' at The Lost Gardens of Heligan. 'La Luna et terre sauvage' at the Lorient Inter-Celtic festival and currently the 'New growth' project also at Heligan. These sculptures and more future projects are made from an Oak tree that came down in storm Eunice in 2021 at Heligan. Hence the #Heliganoakproject on instagram.
