Narrative work of St. Francis in retreat with the birds he preached to and Brother Wolf. The stone for this sculpture is of great geological interest having three different stones together - grey basalt and a mix of grey and pink Corrennie granite. Currently on loan to National Trust for Scotland Threave Gardens, near Dumfries.
