The Best Mother I Ever Had

This project comprises two artist books, 312 Sundays and You Bet, developed for a group exhibition addressing complex and difficult maternal relationships. The books explore time, repetition, endurance, and emotional labour through intimate, hand-made formats. Working with seriality and restraint, the pieces reflect on the accumulation of experience and the quiet persistence of unresolved relationships. The books function as private, contemplative spaces, inviting slow reading and close attention rather than narrative resolution.
