The Grandmother's Cupboard

Comprises of a cocooned space formed from delicately draped muslin sheets suspended from the gallery ceiling and strewn with artefacts. The piece incorporates sounds including spoken text from the artist's grandmother's journals dated 1939-44. A personal homage, a memorial, a requiem to a fading generation.
