Binocular Vision

By Henny Burnett 2014

Brendan Buesnel

Binocular Vision is part of ‘Cicatrix’, a WW1 centenary exhibition, and was made on a visit to the Defence CBRN Centre in Winterbourne Gunner. It shows a First World War gas mask made of fabric with a cotton ticking lining that gives this military piece of equipment a domestic twist. This image was short listed for the Evolver Prize and selected as one of the bus stop images by the b-side Festival, Portland, Dorset.
