'Trails' was a site specific weave where Brown took residence in the museum one day a week for the duration of the 'Tracing Threads' Exhibition at Hove Museum & Art Gallery 15 July – 24 September 2006. In response to the Museums' interiors, visitors and displays, donated second hand and vintage clothing were cut up and woven into temporary warps set up on existing museum structures, fixtures and fittings in the Contemporary Craft, Landing and Film galleries on the 1st floor of the museum. 'Trails' was an experimental, flexible and transient work where the process and situation informed the thinking and outcome.
