A drawing in the form of a mask of an enlivened pond.
This drawing resulted from my self-led residency in Paris in June 2024. Following my participation in Printemps du Dessin in Paris in 2024 a friend offered me the use of a studio to continue my research into the work of Odilon Redon at the Musee D'Orsay and I made this work while in Paris at the time. It is based on the agitated pool outside the Pompidou Centre and also a beautiful pond in the garden of my friends house.
