War Veteran

By  Ronald Rae 1997

Val Bissland

This sculpture of an amputee, the sad and tragic result of landmines, reminds us of the disasters of war. The War Veteran is also portrait of the sculptor's grandfather. At present the sculpture is on exhibition at the 2nd World War Museum at Bletchley Park. The photograph was taken when it was on exhibition in Regent's Park, London. For sale.
