“Water Tap Drawing “ is a photograph of a drawing of an outline of a tap, using water ‘painted’ on a brush in the background to highlight the shape .I had to work very swiftly to achieve the desired effect due to the water evaporating quickly .The artwork created in September 2026 highlights sIgnificant water shortages due to the prolonged drought as a result of the hottest summer ever recorded in the UK .Climate change in turn has intensified recent summer temperatures ,impacting on the availability of water resources and raising concerns about the long term ability of countries to adapt to the climate crisis.
