The mixed media artwork was created in Hawarden Woods,Deeside,Flintshire in May 2023.I adhered a photograph of the winter view of the forest canopy above the same location onto a smooth stub of a cut down treetrunk.The image presents a reflection of a memory of the past season ,like a portal of a snapshot of a leafless winter forest forever frozen in time.
