Artist Statement

My work considers how movement and human energy influence the space around us. It explores shapes and rhythms created by human movement and physical elements borne of the earth. Often led by a strong personal, visceral response, I seek to capture these powerful forces, rendering them accessible, tangible objects to be seen and touched. Recent work takes inspiration from natural forms created underwater, embracing the undulating movement of organic matter.
