Robert McCubbin

Glenluce
Having gained a BA (Hons) fine art in 2000 I have developed my sculptural practice to include personal development, exhibition opportunities and use of new digital technologies.

Using collage, drawing, sculpture and photography, my work explores eclectic responses to the creative process using everyday materials and imagery. All set within the contemporary arena of mass consumerism and  exchange of information.

Career path: I attended George Street School of Art (Dumfries) 1994-96 and subsequently continued at Grays School of Art, Aberdeen, The Robert Gordon University. In 2000 I graduated with a BA (Hons) Fine Art and since then I have exhibited in both solo and group shows across the uk and beyond.
