A cartography of grief

A liquid map made on the body using ink, graphite and acrylic. The map traces the history of my body through tears, amniotic fluid, breast milk, blood. It traces pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, grief and loss. The drawing was made on and around my body and then thrown into the sea as a gesture of release.
