Excess is from a series of sculptures exploring the taboo subject of female body/facial hair using make-up cases and tools which have an association with the mouth, upper lip and chin area. The Artists own hair seeps and waves from her own lip brush…. and is kept from its great escape as tethered at its base.
Materials; Human Hair (artists own), thread, hairspray, lip brush handle (artists own)
