In Full Bloom (Rose)

One of a number of pieces commissioned by West Lothian Council for three sites in Wester Inch Village, Bathgate, Scotland. Produced in response to the Art on the Edge Public Art Project with Wester Inch Residents Association, local schools and community groups. This piece marks one of the key gateways to the village.
