“Platform Box Cube”

The mixed media drawing was created at Yeathouse Station in Wesr Cumbria in March 2022.I sketched out a cube on the old platform flagstone with the intention of continuing to incorporate three dimensional looking aspects to my visual forms. I view these responses as drawings where I utilise technical drawing processes as well as descriptive maps,photographs and the use of mud/sediment telling a descriptive story of its immediate surroundings and environment. I used precut stencils and rulers to maintain a crisp and sharp accuracy .
