The Death of Glanton

Bronze statue that formed part of the Participation Medal Exhibition. Takes influence from fiction, Willem de Kooning's large torso, Robert Rauschenberg's 'erased de Kooning drawing' and colonial equestrian statues. The statue, shrunken down, smaller than the plinth it sits on, whilst the character on the horse is split in two.
