Gemma Wood
My practice centres around well-being interruptions or happenings that uplift and empower and always provoke conversation, offering the public an experience, usually during events, that will make them stop and re-examin. The underpinning theories are often rooted in philosophy and ancient belief systems, are they valuable in our modern experience? and how can they be accessed through art? I am drawn to a low tech approach with the visitor experience being paramount.
